Our Client is a collaborative engineering software company that enables hardware engineers to build the products of the future. Instead of mailing design files back and forth and copy-pasting information across documentation, the company allows multidisciplinary teams to collaborate with a single source of truth of engineering data. Today teams already develop satellites, rockets and space stations with our Client, but the clients fast-paced international team won’t stop until we have conquered all complex engineering verticals. The successful candidate will join their international team creating new features in Django/Python while improving, testing and optimizing their current platform. With an open-minded environment, our Client values teamwork, provide flexibility and they will look forward to hearing new ideas and opinions. To start: ASAP Salary: €35,000 – €55,000 per year In line with Portuguese rules candidates will be paid for 14 months to cover holiday pay Interview process: - Telephone screening, tech challenge and Face to Face interviews (if candidate is based in Lisbon) - For candidates not based in Lisbon, they are happy to conduct skype interviews (2 stages) Non-negotiable requirements: - Design & Develop cloud based software and RESTful APIs - Fluent in English - Foundation in HTML5, SCSS/LASS - Experience developing systems and applications in Django/Python - Nice to have experience in the following: REST, Docker, AWS, Angular You are the perfect match, because you: Want to provide the best experience for the user to achieve their goals, by understanding their needs and interactions with our platform. Design and develop scalable cloud-based software and RESTful APIs. Have experience in development of systems and applications in Django/Python or other similar frameworks. Have a strong foundation in HTML5, SCSS/LASS. You’re good at Django/Python or other similar frameworks (> 3 years experience).
