Responsibility:

INFINOX is seeking a Client Services Representative to join the Sales team in their Portuguese office (in Lisbon). In this role you will be responsible for onboarding and support of all client activity during the client life cycle.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

The Onboarding Team's Responsibilities include:

Performing a risk assessment on new account applicants (clients and/or businesses) during the account opening process.
Obtaining information and supporting documentation to complete KYC due diligence.
Open client accounts in CRM and Trading platform.
Following strict internal procedures to meet AML/CTF needs.
Performing due diligence on customer and business documentation using internal and external sources.
Acting as a KYC subject matter expert; sharing technical expertise and guidance with the wider Onboarding team.
Understanding and overseeing the identification of high risk applications (including PEPs and Sanction matches).
Identifying trends and unusual activity where appropriate.
To escalate any concerns identified at any stage of the customer relationship.
Working to a high standard, meeting strict timeframes.
Communicate with all involved parts of the process to complete and improve procedures.
Maintain the due diligence records of existing customers when prompted by internal trigger events, scheduled annual review dates or changes in customer circumstances. Always ensuring that the records remain current and compliant with the standards.
Assist with processing of client deposits and withdrawals to the trading account.
Assist with all client queries regarding all aspects of the client life cycle and user systems, such as onboarding, funding and trading platform related queries. Via webchat, email and telephone.
Participate in projects as authorised by the Client Services or Regional managers.
KPIs:

Meeting monthly account opening targets as set out by the Client Services and Regional Manager.
Generate revenue from excellent client service, during the client life cycle.
Meet the standards of the onboarding review process with low administrative error rate.

Essential Skills:

Have the ability to quickly become familiar with new concepts and processes.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
Are enthusiastic, committed and have great attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to manage a variety of different workloads and processes, at any one given time.
Strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Strong service delivery ethic, including the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales, with imposed deadlines for the completion of the work.
Some exposure to financial services.
Ability to work with minimal supervision within a dynamic team environment.
Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions to help and benefit our clients.
Actively seek to improve processes and workflows.
Ability to balance workload and deal with multiple priorities.
