The Senior Business Analyst will be integrated in projects for Fusion for Energy.

Profile

• EU Citizenship (mandatory)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• The Senior Business Analyst is required to have a minimum of 11 years of experience in:
• Coordination, consolidatation and documentation of Information System business needs from F4E customers/Business Owners;
• Supporting the definition of new ICT projects;
• Supporting and coordinating ICT project developments and delivery phases (i.e. reviewing detailed requirements, reviewing prototypes, assisting in user testing, supporting training, etc.);
• Assuring the alignment of business‐oriented ICT needs with the ICT specifications and technical requirements;
• Prepararing and writing reports;
• High level presentations;
• Application of high quality standards;
• Participation in multi-lingual meetings, being an excellent communicator;
• Requirement gathering tools (e.g. MS Visio, MS Office, Rational Requirement Composer)
• Business process modelling: MS Visio, MS Office, ARIS, Metis;
• Communication and collaboration - Standards/Methods: Presentation, Documentation, Content Management;
• Communication and collaboration - Tools: MS Outlook, WebEx, Lync, SharePoint, Adobe Connect, Confluence (and other collaboration tools), Rational Team Concert, JIRA, Uni.CLM, Mock-up tools (e.g. Balsamiq);
• Quality Management - Standards/Methods: ISO Quality Standards (ISO 9001), SLA Management;
• Quality Management - Tools: JIRA, HP Service Manager, MS Project, IBM Rational Team Concert SharePoint, QMP (quality processes and procedures);
• Documentation - Standards/Methods: Presentation, Documentation, Content Management;
