Responsibilities: - Control the consistency of data input by the customers; - Ensure end user support (Back Office, Finance team…) and resolve production and accesses issues; - Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers; - Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers; - Manage and to follow the users access requests to several group applications; - Provide the accesses to the users through a specific tool; - Review the periodicals jurisdiction for all perimeters; - Challenge the relevance of the access requests; - Provide support to the local administrators (technical, training); - Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting. Skills: - Professional experience in Referential administration (clients, cost centers); - Strong knowledge of information systems; - Availability and customer orientation skills; - English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate), Knowledge of French (A2); - Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills; - Excellent attention to details, rigour & accuracy; - Strong communication skills (both orally and writing); - Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment; - Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking; - Ability to report.
