What is required from you? - Experince working with ITIL V3 framework is mandatory; - Experience in Retail Areas; - Knowledge in tickting applications in outsystems support; - Good comunication skills are mandatory; - Capable to work as a team player; - Hability to solve problems; - Outsystems platform skills.
