Support Outsystems (m/f)

We are looking for a Support Outsystems (m/f) to integrate our client’s team – a national reference company, leader in the sector of electronics and entertainment.


What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?



- Assure a direct contact with the HelpDesk IT providers and business areas;
- Assure incident outsystems support;
- Create, design, and enforce the application support processes;
- Assure SLA metrics acomplishment with the HelpDesk IT| and providers in platforms outsystems.

What is required from you?

- Experince working with ITIL V3 framework is mandatory;
- Experience in Retail Areas;
- Knowledge in tickting applications in outsystems support;
- Good comunication skills are mandatory;
- Capable to work as a team player;
- Hability to solve problems;
- Outsystems platform skills.
