The ALab is a technical excellence center which reports directly to the company's Technology partner and where both the teams and their technical competences of reference reside, inside Askblue. Askblue intends to reinforce ALab in its Outsystems proficiency and as such, it’s looking for a Technical Leader (M/F) with the following profile: - Outsystems technology experience for +5years; - Minimum certification of "Professional Web Developer"; - Previous experience in mobile development projects or with Business Process Technology (BPT©); - Experience in team management; - Mastery of spoken and written English (C1 level, minimum) - Interest in constantly being up to date; - Motivation to assume the role of community leader amongst the team; - Proactivity and discipline. We offer: - Participation in the definition of the ALab "Outsystems" since its creation; - Participation in the selection of their team; - Annual training plan, suitable to technical and career challenges; - Possibility of growth in a technical based career.
