We elevate the quality of our designs through research, testing, analysis, and goal definition. We work collaboratively and using the right tools to create coherent and consistent end products. UX/UI Designer (M/F) The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and experienced UX/UI Designer that can shape projects and product strategy, working closely with the development team under the direction of the project manager or team leader. What You’ll do: • Work on a team focused on innovation and excellence in design; • Own and deliver intuitive, efficient and delightful design across all the platforms; • Follow ideas through from conception to execution. • Work collaboratively within an Agile process with other UX/UI Designers, product owners, project managers, and developers. Who You Are: • Curious about how things work and have a passion for emerging technologies and all things interactive; • Owner of a BS or MS in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia or have Proven Experience; • Aware of Usability, prototyping, and research; • Skilled in UX / UI Design tools: Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Balsamiq, InVision, or others; • Proactive, creative and with strong visual culture; • Organized, team player with solid communication skills; • Skilled in English, both written and spoken; • High capacity to analyse and solve problems; • Knowledge in HTML and CSS is valued. * Please kindly note that all applications submitted must have a portfolio.
