Job Impulse is now recruiting for a medical IT- Project in Germany:

- IT Helpdesk Specialist - Germany

Tasks
- First Level Support
- Interface to the central IT department and external service providers
- Acceptance of customer requests with internal documentation in the ticket system
- Support for users in all IT-related issues (1st-level support)
- Installation, configuration and management of hardware and software (Windows workstations), user training and documentation
- Device, account and license management
Profile
- Training as an IT system electronics specialist, IT specialist / system integration,
- Good, field-proven knowledge of MS Windows (Client & MS Office)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Basic knowledge ITIL, ISO27001
- networking skills
- communication and team skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Good German and English skills
