Senior web developer

Challenge

Our Client is a multinational consulting firm in the technology sector offering a wide range of solutions and services, including consulting, infrastructure services, implementation, development and maintenance of applications, and outsourcing services. With a total turnover of €375 million in 2017 and a workforce made up of more than 4,000 highly qualified professionals, already has a direct presence on five continents.

This professional will be integrated in research projects for European Commission, which range from electrical engines to catastrophes prevention, water management, nuclear security, among others. The objective of the contract is the development of dynamic interactive web based software for multi-criteria analysis. The numerical algorithms are already developed in MATLAB. All interfaces have to be developed by the person we are looking for.

Profile

• EU Citizenship (mandatory)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of main software for web site development, such as:
  - (CLIENT side), html, css or JavaScript, and recent frameworks, e.g. Angular, React
  - (SERVER side), Apache, IIA
  -  (DATABASE), MySQL DBMS, PostgreSQL, Oracle DBMS
• Good knowledge and understanding of data visualization techniques and tools (such as D3)
• Bachelor degree required (>=4 years).
