Overview The SQA Automation Specialist works with the QA Lead, to plan and implement an automation test strategy to reviews and performs quality assurance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain frameworks and tools that facilitate the test automation efforts. Spread the word about Test Automation across the engineering teams. Collaborate with various teams to build and a scalable, reliable and performant test automation infrastructure. Contribute to solving engineering problems related to testing automation tools and continuous delivery platform. Design and build tools to gather metrics regarding test automation to increase velocity and quality of delivery. Create and run scripts of automation. Performs other duties as required. Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelors degree with computer science (or equivalent) major preferred Experience operating in a team environment is required. Ability to manage time and multiple concurrent projects effectively is required. Mandatory 3 years of software testing experience. 2 year experienced in software testing automation (Appium) applications on Android and IOs and native mobile applications. Experience in JavaScript web testing (Selenium, NodeJS) Knowledge with tests of APIs - Postman or equivalent for REST handling. We value knowledge on Docker, GIT, AWS and Bamboo. We value experience in continuous integration Understanding of web technologies and testing of back end web services. Experienced in designing and maintaining testing infrastructures. Ability to learn other software tools on the job including Confluence, JIRA and Zephyr. Problem solver mindset and proactive. Good at leading, following and getting out of the way. Capability to work in Agile environment. Knowledge of English language. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
