Our primary customers are the world’s leading mobile network operators, mobile device manufacturers, and enterprise businesses.

Role:
The IT Administrator will support, maintain, and resolve desktops, IT systems, and networks issues for the Smith Micro Braga office. Additionally, this person will provide technical assistance, implement break-fix solutions, and support the IT hardware, services, and solutions for this office.

Skills Required:
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Verbal/Written)
• Experienced in diagnosing, troubleshooting and/or resolving Windows server and network related issues
• Experienced in configuring and supporting wireless access points, network switches, and firewalls
• Comprehensive understanding of Linux based operating systems
• Excellent understating of Virtualization Technologies such as Hyper-V, virtual box, and VMware
• Thorough understanding of video conferencing solutions and VOIP phone systems
• Experience supporting Android device and iPhones
• Ability to troubleshoot and support Apple laptops
• Ability to troubleshoot and support users running Windows 10 operating systems
• Experience supporting Office365 applications
• Experience supporting server and network hardware
• Ability to create, manage, and maintain detailed documentation
