Technical Requirements:

Experience in maintaining and administering the VoIP system;
Experience in first level support for VoIP equipment;
Knowledge of VoIP telephony environments;
Understanding of VOIP related protocols.
Fluent in English;

Ability to work in a co-operative way;
Attention to detail;
Customer and Service focus.
