We are now looking for a Helpdesk Technician that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Are you the one?:

•High School degree or Bachelor's degree;
•Previous experience in Helpdesk of at least 3 years;
•Diagnosing  technical problems and determining solutions;
•Identify all security points in all IT production systems;
•Perform remote troubleshooting;
•Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedure;
•Interest in information security area;
•Good communication skills;
•Methodical and rigorous;
•Available to Santa Iria de Azoia.
