Your profile: ALTRAN invites you to join the DSI Team. -Academic Qualifications at the level of the 12 Year or similar; -Experience in user support (helpdesk); -Good knowledge of English (mandatory); -Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems; -Knowledge of Hardware, Network Protocols, Microsoft Office, Anti-virus; -Troubleshooting of problems affecting PC's, Printers, Windows OS, Hardware, etc...; -Installation and configuration of workstations; -Ability to investigate and solve problems; -Ease of learning and autonomy; -Customer orientation and teamwork.
