This Business Process Reengineer will be responsible for concretize and implement actions to optimize operational models and processes, as well as to promote initiatives for dissemination of knowledge and capacity for continuous process improvement. What will be your main task and responsibilities? Participate in the optimization projects process and operational models. Support the conceptualization of more efficient future operating models and management of their adequate implementation. What is required from you? Degree in Information Technology or Management; Ability to analyze, systematize and solve problems; Oral and written communication skills ; Knowledge of presentation and meetings conduction techniques; Project management and change management Experience in transformation / optimization projects (preferential) Strong in effective relationships, teamwork and communication.
