What will be your main responsibilities and tasks? •Definition and implementation of campaigns through Dialer tool; •Implementation of new functionalities and assure the software version updates; •Management and monitoring of Dialer campaigns, analysis of its results, in order to provide reports to the business areas; •Suggest improvement points to the tool together with the development team, in order to optimize it; •Ensure that all the campaigns are correctly implemented in the Dialer tool, according to the business requirements and legislations; •Support and training the users. What is required from you? •Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics or similar areas; •Solid experience in call center software’s projects (preferably with Dialer Altitude); •Previous experience with database SQL Server and Power BI for reporting; •Strong orientation to results and critical analysis sense; •Good communication skills; •Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
