What will be your responsibilities? • 1st and 2nd line support to the end user, assuming the management, troubleshooting, resolution and follow-up of front-office incidents, as well as scheduling to other areas of the ISD or direct referral to suppliers when necessary; • Management of communication lines (VPN, telephones); • Management of the computer park, servers, PCs, laptops and printers; • Creation, configuration and management of user accesses; • Troubleshoot and resolution of hardware and software issues; • Accompany the interventions of external suppliers or other teams; • Management of the termination of computer equipment maintenance contracts; • Documentation of procedures and training of the end user. What is required from you? • Academic background in Computer Science, Informatics or similar area; • At least 3 years of proven experience as IT Technician (hardware and software); • Solid experience in the Microsoft environment (as Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Outlook, etc.); • Experience in account management (Windows and Active Directory), creation of mailboxes, permissions and access levels, folders and shared printers; • Knowledge of Network Protocols (IP, DNS, DHCP); • Previous experience in international projects and/or working with remote teams is a strong plus; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills; • High capacity of time management, priorities and resistance to stress; • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) (eliminatory).
