ITEN is one of the fastest growing IT companies in Portugal in recent years. It currently has around 360 employees and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT market. In May 2017 ITEN was acquired by Claranet, now integrating a group with operations in 8 countries. Because we aspire to do more and better we are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to integrate our Client internal team. You must have: Previous experience in Helpdesk of at least 1 year. Ensure Support for users. Provide 1st line support to users (both remote and face-to-face). Provide 2nd line support to the 1st line Support team. Installation and configuration of workstations. Fluency in Spanish (mandatory). Documentation of procedures, tickets and inventory of advanced warehouse. Support to Hardware issues (PCs, Printers, Scanner).
