Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Digital Food Ops Product Manager to integrate our Client internal team, based in Leiria. The Digital Food Ops Product Manager will be responsible for defining and planning the project roadmap, developing new features and innovations, and ensuring its implementation throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing our internal customer requirements, defining the product strategy and work together with external software and hardware partners, and our engineering team to ensure success, efficiency of operations, and satisfaction objectives are met. Your responsibilities include: • Conduct market research by contacting internal customers and other stakeholders gathering insights, trends, and requirements to propose product evolutions or the implementation of new products, reforming old; • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work together with the product team in their development; • Decide when to develop in-house, when to buy off-the-shelf, or develop in partnership a certain project or functionality; • To seek and nurture partnership relationships for the development of strategic products and services; • Plan, develop, and manage the life cycle of the entire catalog of products and services, and ensure their adequacy to users' needs; • Manage all the on-going projects ensuring their execution in the timings defined using Agile methodologies; • Analyze the return of the various products and services and present business cases for the implementation of new transformation projects; • Develop and maintain all necessary documentation for the various products and services and ensure that IT Support has everything ready to provide the 1st line of support to users; • Plan and develop product training for the various departments of the company You must have: • Experience as Product Manager or Project Manager; • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies; • Understanding the difference between building features and solving problems; • Excellent verbal and written communication; • Ability to lead without direct formal authority; • Training in computer, electrotechnical or industrial engineering; • Knowledge of software development; • Experience implementing MES software (manufacturing execution systems); • Knowledge of factory hardware, namely IoT, and valued machine-2-machine protocols To apply for this position, you’ll need to submit your Resume/CV or Linkedin Profile in the following link: http://www.iten.pt/talentportal/#/jobs/318 |
