Who are we? Main Responsibilities: ● Acting as user advocate in close contact with the R&D teams to ensure that the OutSystems platform provides an awesome and trouble-free user experience; ● Researching, learning and brainstorming to come up with clever ideas for useful technical content; ● Writing high-quality and targeted product documentation that matches the needs of the users, ranging from developers to system administrators; ● Promoting the technical content to ensure that it is easy to find and consume; ● Developing strategies to gather feedback that helps us expand and improve existing content. What are the requirements? ● Quality-driven, with an outstanding attention to detail; ● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes; ● Effective communication skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment; ● Experience in software development; ● Fluency in written English. Preferred qualifications ● Master’s degree in Computer Science; ● Experience in web and mobile technologies; ● Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML; ● OutSystems development knowledge is a big plus.
