SQL Business Analyst (m/f) - English speaker

Due to our successful partnership with one of the biggest clients in the IT sector, we are looking to hire a Business Analyst that will support our client partners with digital programs that help manage customer success.

SQL Business Analyst (m/f) - English speaker

Responsibilities:

- Utilising existing or creating new SQL/Tableau reports, analyzing the data and proving output with insights to PM to drive compliance engagements;
- Obtain additional data elements from outside orgs, such as sales, finance, brand protection and blending to existent data set to create a total picture of compliance;
- Liaise with global analytic BI team to share and gain best practices;
- Collaborating with EMEAR stakeholders to identify requirements and opportunities back to corporate teams.

Profile of Preference:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related field with 4+ years of experience;
- Project Management experience preferable;
- Ideal candidate would have knowledge and experience of Technical Support Services industry;
- Service Compliance experience would be highly desirable;
- Structured problem solving - ability to take a large, complex problem and break it down into components and provide useful insights on how to resolve;
- Strong Communication - written/verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skill - able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders across different levels of the organisation;
- Document business process flows – timeline, stakeholders, metrics;
- Willing to collaborate with local team, regional and global stakeholders;
- Willing to travel (10-20%);
- Microsoft Excel proficiency;
- SQL knowledge is mandatory;
- Good understanding of RDBMS concepts is a plus;
- Previous programming experience is a plus (especially VBA);
- Fluent in English.
