What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? • Perform business specifications and technical requirements’ analysis; • Prepare testing scenarios and execute acceptance testing; • Elaborate technical and functional documentation; • Evaluate new initiatives and suggest corrective measures to solve operational and business constraints, together with the IT and Marketing teams. What will be required from you? • BSc or MSc level degree in IT, Management, Marketing or similar areas; • More than 1 year of experience in similar functions, preferably in a Customer Operations area; • Good business knowledge about the mobile world and the industry’s trends; • Ability to understand and discuss technical solutions; • Understanding of the telecom industry; • Resilient and problem solver; • Good communication, presentation and relational skills; • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
