The candidate will work as an integral part of a cross-functional development team doing everything to deliver high quality software and create value to the organization. What will be your main task and responsibilities? Participate in the complete development cycle, including analysis, design, implementation and tests of the features in the scope of responsibility. This cycle is based on a Feature Driven Development approach combined with agile practices and the microservices pattern; Active participation in team decisions to continuous improve the methods, software and team satisfaction is expected; Analyze the requirements and features from the Product Management, have a deep understanding about whats being required and solve the problem from Software engineering perspective; Debugging the existing versions and propose enhancements taking into account the cost/benefit ratio. What is required from you? Degree in Computer Science or similar areas; More than 3 years of experience in Java software development; Experience with git and maven is valued; Experience and knowledge of Object Oriented concepts, data structures and multi-threading; Experience in Java (JDK8 is valued) or any JVM related language; Knowledge or experience with Spring, Kafka, Docker or Akka is valued; Database concepts and SQL (we use Oracle); General UNIX, and/or Windows knowledge; Fluent English, spoken and written; Strong analytical and communication skills; Ability to work in international team; Problem solving ability; Ability to travel.
