Your team is responsible for market and competitive intelligence, strategy, and the methodologies to manage the lifecycle of products within Worten’s Marketing portfolio. You will interface with stakeholders to strategize, design, build, release/launch, and manage a Portfolio of Products. What you’ll do: Lead and Mentor a team responsible for developing new products using internal and industry best practice methods; Lead innovation and guarantee continuous improvement of existing products and initiatives. What your team does: - Research and create client concepts using input from several sources (internal/external); - Work with Technical Architects and partners in the design and create phases; - Manage the product release and then own the product during its entire lifecycle to ensure success; - Work with Marketing to position the products in the competitive landscape, benchmark and compare; - Work with engineering and support teams to ensure they have operationalized the people, processes, and tools to support the delivery of the new product; - Iterate the products based on feedback, analysis and performance data to achieve KPI success. What you'll need: - Experience with product design, development and management frameworks and methodologies; - Industry intelligence, research and development, market comparison; - Strategy - working closely with the stakeholders to ensure the products are aligned with end-point and end user market demand; - Leadership and mentoring advanced capabilities.
