What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? •Track and report overall project progress (budget, calendar main milestones, quality); •Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with the user departments, business areas, 3rd parties suppliers and data centre; •Verify the outcome of the application changes that result from the projects by conducting system audits of the technologies implemented; •Identify problems, evaluate trends and anticipate requirements. What is required from you? •Academic background in IT or similar areas; •Experience in IT and/or Telco business analysis and/or project management; •Experience in Waterfall and/or Agile paradigms; •Experience in Design Thinking methodology will be valued; •Good communication and interpersonal skills (interacts with technical and business audiences); •Proactivity, adaptation, negotiation and conflict management skills; •Good analytic and critical thinking with a problem solving drive.
