What will be your main responsibilities and task? Design high-level solutions in a clear and efficient way, supporting all others when needed, with a focus on APIs, integration and technical related decisions being responsible for managing all delivery risks; Work collaboratively with business analysts and product owners, analyzing and prioritizing, maintain roadmaps and providing milestones views; Provide technical direction for solution lifecycle and serve as a bridge between delivery teams and product stakeholders; Set and review objectives, appraise performance and assist with career development based on continuous improvement and feedback. What is required from you? 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years of responsibilities on team management and architecture. Strong technical knowledge and experience of large complex enterprise infrastructures; Good experience and knowledge of integration patterns; Experience with Retail ERPs will be a plus; Desirable some knowledge of Oracle SOA Suit, Apigee, NSQ, JMS, Kafka and Spark; Able to travel when necessary (mostly national wide). Soft Skills: Agile and innovative individual, who is able to manage in an environment of change; Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize, meeting business objectives; Excellent communications skills; Team player and enhancer - drive the team to continuously improve processes of development and support.
