TTI International is seeking for an ICT Technical Support Officer for one of our Clients, based in Malta.

The ICT Technical Support Officer reports to the Operations Manager and must:

• Be responsible for the Administration and Support of Networks, Servers, Systems and Desktop
• Be able to carry out troubleshooting and maintenance
• Have experience in Microsoft Environments and Network Operating Systems (Servers)
• Be familiar with desktop software, e.g. MS Office 365.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is a must.
• Have a good level of analytical and problem solving skills.
• Have flexible and a positive approach to all aspects of technical customer support
