This professional will be responsible for ensuring the alignment between IT and business areas and assuring that the applications used support the organization's strategies and goals. What will be your main responsibilities and task? • Track the entire life cycle of projects involving SAP Retail; • Elaborate functional and technical documentation; • Manage the daily needs of retail processes and analyze the impact of changes throughout the IT system, suggesting the most appropriate solution; • Support the software development team in new projects and implementations; • Run tests, scenes and scripts for software releases; • Train and support the end user in Retail tools; • Quality assurance and software updates’ testing; • Ensure the technical design of retail solutions. What is required from you? • Academic Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Management Informatics or similar areas; • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as Functional Analyst, in ERP’s projects (development, quality assurance and support) or other similar tool; • Proven experience with ERP Logistics modules (eliminatory); • Previous experience with SAP Retail application will be valued; • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (interacts with technical and business audiences at a senior level); • Good planning and analytic skills; • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); • Availability for occasionally travelling abroad.
