Logoplaste HQ is currently seeking to recruit an IT System Administrator to integrate the IT department.
Reporting directly to the IT Service Manager you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Job Summary
This role will provide day-to-day support to all Logoplaste users, Windows and Linux systems and networks. Preferably the person in this role will act as a system administrator, but will act as 1st line backup and sometimes will need to support the users with regards to all IT matters.
Key tasks & Activities
- Work on shifts on a weekly basis 06h-12h; 09h15-18h45; 18h-00h only on weekdays;
- Properly identify, research, and resolve technical problems for local and remote customers. Requests include installing, configuring, patching, and upgrading software/hardware;
- Perform first line diagnostics and resolution specialty on early or late shifts. Escalates high priority requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resources within IT;
- Provides second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or network;
- Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve. May interact with external suppliers to implement small projects or to get some specialized hardware or software support to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem;
- Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties;
- Recommends system modifications to reduce user/systems problems;
- Handles special projects, as assigned.
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar function;
- Degree in IT Engineering or similar.
Technical Skills
- Experience working on IT support areas, preferably acting as a system administrator with knowledge on end user support, Windows and Linux systems and networks;
- Proven experience conducting IT system administration, analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging, including the ability to perform root cause analysis;
- Proven experience with PC, software and operating system Ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions and actively work to resolve the issues;
- 3 years of helpdesk experience and administering Active Directory;
- 2 years experience managing Microsoft SCCM, Linux Servers, Cisco networks, Office 365 and Azure Services.

- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to their current role, whilst being an effective communicator at all levels.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization;
- Good communication, flexibility and reliability;
- Attention to detail and autonomy;
- Fluent in English;
- Availability to travel frequently.
