Lisbon | London | Brussels | Amsterdam | Dubai | Miami Programmer Analyst (m/f) Roles and Responsibilities: Support key customer accounts Act as a point of contact for clients and organize regular meetings to discuss their requirements Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches Establish best practices and suggest innovative ideas to increase customer satisfaction and improve customer experience Monitor and report on project deliverables and progress Travel as needed, depending on location Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Minimum of 3 years work experience with proven ability in meeting project deliverables and relevant experience in: o Object-oriented programming language including Java o SQL, SQL Server, SQL Scripts o Application server including Jboss, Weblogic o OS including Linux o Provisioning, Order Management, Customer Care and Billing Be able to lead and participate in the triage and analysis of requirements Be able to either produce or review applicable communications around issues and identify expected changes Proven work experience in technology related projects High energy individual with a results-oriented, customer-centric, can-do attitude Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work with other team members through complex project milestones Strong analytical, organization, time management and prioritization skills Track record of meeting or exceeding project deadlines and milestones Telecommunications industry knowledge Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Please, contact us through e-mail and tell us why you could be a good fit for our Team in Northern Virginia: ---@--- |
