What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? •User research, create personas and user stories; •Definition of specifications and styleguides; •Wireframe, sketch, prototype and mockup user experiences for digital products; •Identify and analyse design problems and propose improvements; •End to end monitoring of the solutions’ implementation. What is required from you? •Academic degree in IT, Designer, Multimedia or similar areas; •At least 2 years of professional experience in UX designer functions; •Solid experience with design and prototyping tools, such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js and/or Quartz Composer. •Previous experience in usability tests, including A/B testing; •Knowledge in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript) is a strong plus; •Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles; •Experience in design complex solutions in retail projects will be valued; •Fluency in English (both written and spoken); •Good communication skills.
