Our client is a technological company located in Lisbon. To integrate the clients’ Team we are recruiting a Service Manager. The Technical Service Manager will assume the responsibility for building & empowering services within GS IT. The daily tasks will include defining and applying ITIL principles together with company client IT standards to services. The person will also be responsible for writing functional and technical documentation and mapping IT processes as Demand, Incident, capacity, release management. Profile Required for this project: - University degree and >3 years experience as a functional analyst / Service manager - Experience in ITIL, building and designing/defining IT services - Good English skills both written and orally, solid communicator on engineer and management level.
