Mission: You will be part of our IT department that supports the daily company activities. Your tasks: - Installation and configuration of IT devices (computers, laptops, landlines, etc) and operating systems and applications; - Monitoring computer systems and networks; - Answering IT tickets; - Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipments. Requirements: - IT related educational background; - Previous experience in an IT department (mandatory); - Extensive knowledge of operating systems (MacOS and Windows), networks, hardware and software; - Good english knowledge (second European language is a plus); - Excellent problem solving skills and stress resistant.
