In May 2017 ITEN was acquired by Claranet, now integrating a group with operations in 8 countries. Because we aspire to do more and better we are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to integrate our Client internal team. You must have: • Previous experience in Helpdesk of at least 1 year. • Knowledge of Active Directory. • Knowledge of ServiceNow. • Fluent spoken and written English.
