  Ability to walk clients through troubleshooting steps

  Analytical skills to find and fix software bugs

  Experience of supporting updates and/or roll-outs for client applications and training of users as needed

  Ability to work to SLA's

  Ability to prioritise and managing multiple open tickets

  Ability to establish good working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

  
  

Main requirements

• 
  

  Hold a Bachelor's or master degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems

  
  


• 
  

  Have 5 years of experience in enterprise application development, middleware implementations or software engineering in a large enterprise environment using Web technologies

  
  


• 
  

  Availability to travel

  
  


• 
  

  Good level of English (spoken & written)

  
  


• 
  

  Good level of French (spoken & written) is a plus
