Opportunity, client and project Our client is an Information Technology Company, currently looking for a SLA Report Consultant (M/F) to integrate a project based in Netherlands. This Consultant will have responsibilities such as: assess requirements and identify how toolset can deliver those; coordinate with the reporting team to report SLAs and KPIs; regular updates to Project Management; validate data and results; among others. Profile • Experience with ITSM Processes and Service level management background; • Experience with deployment of ITSM, ERM and Automation toolset in order to understand constrains and requirements; • Fluency in English; • Good communication skills; • Autonomy and proactivity.
