NOESIS is currently seeking applications with the following profile: Key responsibilities: • University degree in Computer Science or similar; • 2 years of experience (minimum); • Experience in Service request / Incident handling; • Experience in Supporting projects and tasks; • Experience in Creation standard solutions into OMNITRACKER ticketing system; • CCNA certificated; • Jabber knowledge; • Call Center software Presence Technology knowledge; • CUCM Cisco Unified Communications knowledge; • Unity Connection knowledge • English proficiency is mandatory.
