Job Description:
Gfi is looking for a Support Engineer to be part of an innovate team. The main responsibility will be to troubleshoot complex web application issues in an often-ambiguous environment.


Profile:
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology;
• 2 years’ experience in a support role;
• Solid experience in troubleshooting;
• Good knowledge of .NET Framework;
• Knowledge of IIS configuration;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP is a plus;
• Familiarity with Azure services;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of other languages is highly valued;
• Excellent communication skills.
