About the role: We are currently looking for an Information Systems Team Leader to be part of our IT team in Paηo de Arcos. The job holder will: Manage the IT Collaboration and Technical Compliance Team, responsible by all document management systems from both perspectives as well as Wiki and Agile tools. Ensure the normal operations, planning and 2nd level support tasks are managed in main compliance tool (Integrated Management System); ensure that available collaborative tools are used efficiently in conjunction with Integrated Management System Plan and monitor development initiatives Act as key contact point for all technical matters related with the supported tools within the department to: o Gather new requirements o Identify business needs o Manage end user training and support: o Interface with Development layers, IT Helpdesk, Suppliers, IT Management and other IT teams Responsibilities: Leading the IT Collaboration and Compliance Team Interface with Business and IT for needs in all supported tools Proactively look for improvement opportunities within the tools and current enterprise processes Ensure that technical compliance layers are kept in the supported tools Provide training to the team and end users Managing the evolution and support of managed systems Inform / Interface with IT Business Partners (ITBP) in case of Business communications Follow up 2nd and 3rd level support tickets and correct interface with Help Desk (1st Level) Reporting to the Users and managers Keeping informed about technologies and systems to improve the business Follow AMPLEXORs policies and procedures. Encourage team members to respect them as well by instilling the example. Having permanently in mind data security and protection Creating and updating documentation and processes Participate on IT projects Profile: University degree in Computer Sciences or IT professional with solid practical experience in the above fields (at 5 years) Certification in the field of own specializations (preferred) Experience in Project and/or Service Management and Business Analysis Knowledge in Waterfall and Agile methodologies (certifications are a plus) Experience in Business Process Management Users and IT team relationship experience Global IT knowledge Functional Analysis Implementation Knowledge Business Process Management Project Management Service Management Agile Methodologies Troubleshooting skills Organized and priority management, cross function skill Knowledge in Quality ISOs and others are a plus (example: Security, GxP Methodologies) Fluent in English speaking and writing, French or German would be a plus Knowledge of ITSM tools ITIL knowledge If you are interested in this opportunity please send your CV in English, indicating the reference ISTL-06/2018 to ---@--- . |
