Your responsibilities include: Provide technical and functional support to customer applications; Diagnoses and problem solving; You must have: Minimum 12th grade level; Knowledge in COGNOS, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Baan (or another ERPs), Salesforce, Microsoft Sharepoint, Meta4 and Active Directory; Fluency in English; We value: Dynamism and initiative; High sense of responsibility; Ability to analyse and solve problems; Good communication skills; Easy interpersonal relationship and team spirit; Ability to achieve results; Ability to deal with stress and emotional control.
