Your responsabilities include: Support in the pre-sales activity of solution of IT Service Management; Design and configuration of IT Service Management processes and solutions; Support in the processes improvement of IT Service Management; IT Service Management platform administration; Application support to our clients. You must have: Minimum experience of 2 years; Experience with the platform Easyvista, preferably with the certification; Knowledge of other platforms, such as: IT tools, Service management and SQL Server; IT Service Management: ITIL certification is valued; English fluency.
