You must have: Higher education in the area of Information Technologies, with special focus in the area of programming; Scripting (Shell / VBS); Development of WebServices in ASP.NET / C #; Understanding IT networks and infrastructures (what is a Switch / Router / AP / Storage / etc...). Nice to have: Experience with Nagios Core; Familiarity with Simple Network Message Protocol (SNMP); Knowledge of WMI and WQL; Knowledge of PHP and xcelsius; Understanding LINUX and Windows systems; ITIL training and certification.
