Your responsibilities include: Identify the key-stakeholders of the different organizational areas and develop plans/strategies of activation of change: communication plan, formation plan, management of the resilience plan and sponsor road map (coaching to top management), Support in the definition of new methodologies of change management in the Workplace area; Involve the direct chiefs in the change management, through one-to-one training and coaching actions; Conduct impact analyses and assess the speed of change; Coordinate the management of projects in Change Management; Monitoring the definition of the project scope and its implementation KPIs analysis and creation of reports and recommendations that aim to ensure the adoption of technologies and increasing productivity; Creation of value-added services with focus on the adoption if Workplace and Productivity Solutions; You must have: Degree in Social and Human Sciences and/or Informatics; Certification in PMI or Prosci (preferential); Fluency in English; We value: Dynamism and initiative; High sense of responsibility; Ability to analyse and solve problems; Good communication skills; Easy interpersonal relationship and team spirit; Ability to achieve results; Ability to deal with stress and emotional control.
