Your responsibilities include: • Assessment of the Automation of Processes in Business Models; • Creation of processes for an increase of productivity and efficiency in the Workplace; • Development of workflows, forms and reports; • Assess the requirements e necessities of formation. Develop and administrate the training to the end-users; • Assure a constant communication between the different parts involved (chiefs, end-users, the Adoption team) in order to create privileged channels and communicational content that supports that same channels; • Conduct analyses of impact and assess the results and the benefits of the Change; • Create the Business Cases and measure the drivers of the Change; • Explore partnerships and solutions with Intelligence and Analytics services; • Support the project team in the integration of activities of Change Management; • Exploration of new businesses and active participation in the creation of supply. Market Prospection; You must have: • Degree in Information Technology or similar; • Fluency in English; We value: • Dynamism and initiative; • High sense of responsibility; • Ability to analyse and solve problems; • Good communication skills; • Easy interpersonal relationship and team spirit; • Ability to achieve results; • Ability to deal with stress and emotional control.
