Your responsibilities are: Participation in the strategic and tactical planning of the software development unit; Implementation of the defined growth strategy, supporting current procedures and processes, while being innovative and implementing new approaches; Develop and manage the relationship with clients with a view to identifying new opportunities; Dynamization of sales teams, developing new approaches and complementarity of skills; Identify and explore new customers; Establish new partnerships to complement the offer. You must have: Bachelor's degree / master's degree in the IT area; 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position; Knowledge of software design and development activity; We value: Dynamism and initiative; High sense of responsibility; Ability to analyze and solve problems; Good communication skills; Easy interpersonal relationship and team spirit; Ability to achieve results; Ability to deal with stress and emotional control.
