Instead, we diagnose the problem, objectively isolate it, evaluate the respective symptoms, in an attempt to understand deeply their causes, to draw an effective intervention plan. Given our accentuate growth, we want to reinforce our team! What? The main objective of a member of the data quality team is to improve the quality of the reports produce by the analysts. Activities performed by the Credit Risk Reporting team are mainly related to: - Solvency reporting (COREP, Basel II & III, Pillar III, Large Exposures) - Regulatory reporting: International commitments, SREP (Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process) - Reports are created based on the collection of detailed information provided by the entities and business lines of the Bank Group reporting tools - Results are controlled, analysed and completed with accounting data in order to ensure that the reports are exhaustive. - Process control, planning of production, internal audits, process improvement - Produce data quality reporting - Regularly update the management of the department of progress achieved - Monitor the effective implementation of the major action plans - Coordination with related businesses (Risk, Finance, Capital Manager) Who? - Knowledge of prudential and regulatory environments (Basel III, COREP, FINREP) - Knowledge of international accounting framework (IFRS standards) - Knowledge of banking environment and products - Leadership & communication skills - Planning, coordination & organisational skills - Ability to adapt to changing regulatory and IFRS environments - Experience with SQL and advance in Excel - Client Relationship management - Relationship & communication skills - Analytical and problem solving skills - Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) Become a WINNER!
