What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Train the company in the adoption and use of Agile methodologies, ensuring its correct adoption and implementing processes, procedures and guidelines necessary for the implementation; •Responsible for providing continuous feedback to the improvement of the different teams, taking on the role of Scrum Master in the kick-off of new development teams. What is required from you? Academic Degree in Computer Engineering or similar areas; •Minimum professional experience of 05 years in similar roles, namely in project and team management; •Experience in agile development methodologies (SCRUM); •Experience in different programming languages and technological platforms; •Experience in application and platforms’ architecture will be valued; •Training and Certification as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Scrum Trainer will be valued; •Leadership, influence and analytical skills; •Communication skills; •Ability to make decisions and manage high-pressure situations; •Fluency in English.
