Human Profiler is a consultancy company, providing search&recruitment services for our clients in different areas. Our client is a technology multinational company, with their Portuguese branch based in Lisbon, is looking for a Business Analyst (m/f).

The hired professional will have as main responsibilities:
- Meet with decision makers, system owners and end users to define business use cases and systems goals;
- Assist with requirements gathering sessions to elicit requirements, specifications and business processes;
- Document the business requirements for IT systems using appropriate documentation standards;
- Ensure requirements fulfillment along the project execution;
- Coordinate and perform tests, including end-user reviews;
- Assist with proposal writing and reviewing.

The ideal candidate should meet the following profile:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related;
- Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA or PMI-PBA);
- Knowledge of Volere, application design and software development methodologies;
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML and Archimate;
- Working knowledge of concepts and principles of system design, software and network architecture;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
