Wide Scope-Sistemas de Planeamento e Optimização Lda, seeks Support Engineer - Skype for Business to integrate client projects with the following requirements:

You must have:
• Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering (preferred) or equivalent practical experience;
• Experience in solving complex technical issues in Microsoft Skype for Business, Office 365 Skype Online and Microsoft TEAMS;
• Programming skills are an advantage (C++ or C# or Java);
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including (Windows 2016, 2012 and 2008 Server, Windows 10);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Accurate and logical problem solving;
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
