Main Purpose of the Role: This role needs to become the interface between the functional teams and IT to ensure that the tools used across teams are compliant with group guidelines and support the business process improvement project, analyzing existing specific country tools and proposing solutions from the group apps portfolio that can allow the standardization of processes across countries for a given task. Key Areas of Responsibility • Gather and interpret relevant data and information when analyzing existing databases to be decommissioned. Extract, summarize and compile data gathered for analysis of potential replacement solutions; • Assist in planning, designing and implementing solutions for automation or replacement of historical databases/files using group solutions; • Interaction with end-users to determine solution requirements and other pertinent data required to develop and maintain solutions proposed; Work closely with appropriate areas of the business to understand & document their requirements and related tasks; • Continuous search for innovative solutions, following group guidelines, to improve processes that drive the teams to reach a higher level of performance Key skills • Minimum of Degree diploma • Good Knowledge of MS Access; SQL; VBA; MS Office tools; Java • Excellent communication skills • Language skills: English • Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze data, find solutions, evaluate impacts • Critical Thinking: Challenge data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. • Attention to Detail: Be vigilant in the analysis to come to correct conclusions. • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation & reporting • Infoview and Business Objects reports • Proactive & adaptable • Proven ability to meet deadlines • Able to process sensitive information • Team player We offer: A challenging and international work environment in a globally operating company.
